About me…I was once a director in a assisted living community for many many years and food was my hobby. Cooking the weekends away (actually cooking the stress away) entertaining friends and reading and learning about food. Over two years ago I made the decision to leave that world behind and plan a career based on what I enjoyed and that is cooking. Now I am a personal chef living and working in Newport, RI. In addition to personal cheffing, I love to visit local markets and search for inspiration for new dishes and those meals that have always comforted our soul. Bon Apetit!
